This song is recorded by Noor Khan, this is what he wrrote about this song on his youtube: Song - 'Nusro Nusro Jan' - I first met Mir Agha Kushtu, who joking called himself 'Mr Tobacco,' in 1975 when I was fortunate enough to spend several months in Herat. He was a cobbler by trade and a magical tamboor player. This song was recorded in his shop March, 24, 1978. The second scene in the video was taken sitting in his shop looking across the street and the other street scene at 2:45 is the street his shop was on (the last doorway on the right hand side with the red cloth hanging over it).
